Zach Bross is a key member of the Foley Hillsley Group at Baird, where he plays an integral role in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to clients. His responsibilities include financial and estate planning support, investment research, portfolio updates, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Zach is also deeply involved in the client service experience, supporting clear and consistent communication, thoughtful meeting preparation, and the seamless coordination of team efforts. His strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and disciplined planning approach contribute meaningfully to the group’s commitment to delivering personalized, family-focused wealth management solutions and the careful execution of long-term investment strategies.
Prior to joining Baird, Zach developed a strong foundation in financial services as a Registered Estate Financial Advisor at UBS Financial Services, Inc. In that role, he worked closely with clients and families, gaining extensive experience in estate planning and estate processing, portfolio management support, and navigating complex family dynamics. This experience further strengthened his understanding of investment strategy, client service, and the operational rigor required to support high-quality advisory relationships.
Zach grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he played both basketball and football; experiences that helped shape his sense of teamwork, discipline, and accountability. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Outside of the office, Zach enjoys watching Philadelphia sports, golfing, and appreciating classic cars. He is passionate about community involvement and giving back, and he is a parishioner at St. Thomas More Church in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Zach actively supports the American Cancer Society and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, organizations that are especially meaningful to him.
Zach values time with his family and especially enjoys spending time with his wife, Morgan, and his nieces and nephews.
