Dominika Correa has 10 years of experience as a financial services professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning radiology, medical research, healthcare education, marketing leadership, and investment advisory services. Her career reflects the ability to translate complex finance and scientific expertise into strategic and client-focused business solutions.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in medical imaging and public health from the University of Rzeszów (Poland), followed by a Master's degree in Elektroradiology at the Medical University of BiaĆystok (Poland).
In parallel with her academic work, Dominika demonstrated early organizational leadership as Founder and President of the “Young Electroradiology” Scientific Society, one of Poland’s first nationally recognized radiology-focused academic organizations. She later served as President of the “Radioaktywni” Scientific Society and Board member within the Polish Society of Electroradiology, directing interdisciplinary research collaboration and conferences, and large-scale professional education initiatives—experience that established her foundation in executive leadership and strategic management. As a radiology researcher, her work was published in international medical journals, contributing to evidence-based imaging practices around the world.
Dominika transitioned into finance with PKO Bank Polski and later Benefit Plus Consulting Group (Lincoln Financial Advisors), serving as Marketing Director and Junior Financial Planner. She went on to Lincoln Financial Group as a Client Investment Specialist supporting investment solutions and high-net-worth clients.
In recognition of her leadership trajectory and cross-industry impact, Dominika was nominated for "40 Under 40" by AL DIA Magazine in both 2021 and 2022.
At Baird, she joined the Foley-Hillsley Group in 2025, where she actively supports advisors and clients through investment, operational, and relationship-management functions.
